How much does a GoHighLevel expert cost?

Ongoing management is $297 a month for up to 10 hours of work. Small one-off fixes are $45 an hour, or $225 for a five-hour block. The audit that tells you which one you need is free.
Can you fix an account someone else built?
Yes. Most accounts we touch were started by someone else. Small fixes run through hour blocks. A rebuild is quoted as a fixed price, set before we start.
Do I need my own HighLevel account?
No. If you already have one, we work inside it and it stays yours. If you don't, we can start you under Cursive's agency as a sub-account from $99 a month, and if you leave, your account goes with you. Want to own it outright from day one? Say so on the call and we'll set it up that way. Prefer to start the account yourself first? Can you migrate us off HubSpot or Keap?
Yes, as part of a full system build. Contacts, pipelines, and the automations worth keeping come across. The ones that were never firing get left behind on purpose.
What happens after launch?
Every build comes with 30 days of free fixes to what we built. After that, your choice: hour blocks for occasional changes, or the monthly service for ongoing management and support.
Why not just load a snapshot?
A snapshot copies funnels, workflows, calendars, and dashboards into an account. HighLevel's own docs note the funnels and websites arrive as drafts, and a snapshot can't be unloaded once it's applied. It's a starting template, not a setup. Someone still has to map it to how you sell, connect your numbers and domains, test it, and train your team. That's the part we do.
