1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cursive Media website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or request our services.
2. Service Retainers & Scope
We offer web & app development, automation, AI integration, and reputation management, along with specialist Zapier and GoHighLevel builds. Engagement parameters (such as project scope, deliverables, integrations, and ongoing retainer configuration) are detailed inside your dedicated dashboard and invoice contract. Project work is quoted per engagement; retainers are billed upfront on a monthly recurring basis unless annual cycles are toggled.
3. Cancellations & Pauses
You can pause or terminate your monthly recurring retainer package at any point by providing us with a written 30-day notice via your dedicated Slack channel or support email.
